Dr. Michael Lowe has been a proud resident of Victoria since 2014. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie University after completing his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University.

Committed to excellence in dentistry, Dr. Lowe actively pursues continuing education to enhance his skills and knowledge. His extensive training includes:

• Participated in the East Coast Endodontic Study Club under the mentorship of Dr. Robert Roda, the first Canadian president of the American Association of Endodontics.
• Being a member of the International Association for Orthodontics, where he has completed training in Invisalign, the two-year International Straight Wire & Orthopedic Seminars (ISWOS) program, and the one-year Rondeau seminars program.
• Engaging in comprehensive studies of implant dentistry at the gIDE Implant Institute in Los Angeles, where he received diplomas from both Loma Linda University and gIDE Implant Institute in the Master Clinician program. Here, he learned advanced techniques in guided bone and soft tissue regeneration under the guidance of Dr. Sascha Jovanovic.
• Currently studying at the Kois Center for Aesthetic, Occlusion, and Restorative Dentistry in Seattle, which focuses on empowering dentists to achieve exceptional levels of expertise in restorative dentistry.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Lowe served as a CEREC Doctor Mentor, training fellow dentists in single-visit crown and restorative CAD/CAM technology. He has been recognized with the Canadian Dental Association President’s Award and the American College of Dentists Award. Dr. Lowe is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Victoria and District Dental Society, the Canadian Dental Association, the College of Dental Surgeons of B.C., and the British Columbia Dental Association. He also maintains his dental license in Oregon, in addition to Nova Scotia, Canada.

Outside of his professional commitments, Dr. Lowe enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He is an avid golfer and enjoys hockey, hiking, and skiing.
